Three generations of recipes, one truck. My grandmother taught me to press tortillas by hand and I have not stopped since.
Our recipes come from my grandmother's kitchen, written on index cards that are now stained with salsa.
We serve lunch downtown on weekdays and spend weekends at markets and festivals. We also cater weddings and private events with a fully custom menu.
